Up-to-date digital logbook, case entries, and reflective portfolio validated monthly by mentor.
Adherence to institutional ethics, professional conduct standards, and patient safety protocols.
Active participation in clinical research projects, audit, or quality improvement initiatives.
Continuous logbook, portfolio and feedback check recorded monthly.
Quarterly formal progression check and sign-off by Director.
