6 Operational Guidelines

Institutional Membership is valid for three years.
Membership renewal and re-accreditation should be aligned where feasible.
Institutions with expired membership cannot enrol new fellows.
Existing fellows may continue only as permitted by SOPPA policy.
All renewal decisions are audit logged.
